The Norwich Terrier does not need warm clothing in cold autumn and snowy winter or similar climates.
If you live in the city, then clothing is needed to protect the dog from water and dirt. Boots will protect your paws from reagents (if your city uses them). If you live in the countryside, then young healthy dogs do not need clothing.
Please note that clothing for the dog should allow free movement and not compress vital organs (neck, chest, abdomen).
