Norwich Terrier and other pets
A Norwich Terrier puppy will get along well with all the animals that already live in your home. But we must remember that the introduction of animals in your home should take place with your participation.

If you have other pets in the house, your Norwich Terrier puppy should be introduced to them under close supervision.
The puppy will easily get along with any of your pets, be it a dog, cat or other animals.
In our kennel there are dogs of various ages. From early childhood, our puppies live in a pack (namely, a pack, with its own hierarchy). If you have a dog, our Norwich Terrier is easily adaptable. After all, he is a puppy and knows how puppies should behave.
We have always had cats in our house and all our dogs get along with all the cats. The cat who lives with us now considers herself a member of the pack and takes an active part in raising puppies from the first hours of their birth. That's why our puppies consider cats as friends.
If you have a cat, then your puppy will definitely want to communicate with her. And here it all depends only on you and the character of your cat. If you don't know how your cat will behave, be careful. While an adult dog is unlikely to offend a puppy (after all, he is not a competitor - he smells like a puppy and behaves like a puppy), then the cat does not understand the subtleties of dog communication. And how can you understand when a noisy, shaggy miracle bursts into a calm and measured world? You need to be patient and wait until the cat gets used to it and they build their own relationship.
And the last option. If you already have some small animal living with you before the appearance of the Norwich Terrier: a rabbit, a guinea pig or, for example, a chinchilla, then see what the puppy will do with them when he meets them. Perhaps the Norwich Terrier puppy will decide that in front of him is nothing more than a soft toy, and what an entertaining one at that: it runs and squeaks. It would be imprudent if you leave your puppy alone with such a pet.
In any case, friendliness is the basis of the Norwich Terrier's life.
